Tudor Price are happy to announce that we are open for viewings of our second year university accommodation - but read our quick guide first for changes which we have needed to make to how we serve our customers.
Coronavirus safety measures
- Following the government advice, we are able to carry out viewings, but with a few changes.
- We will bring hand sanistiser to viewings, doors will be opened and we ask that visitors do not touch any surfaces inside properties.
- We will aim to keep viewings under 10 mins.
- Virtual viewings are available by facetime or whattsapp.
- We will be working to get video tours and increased number of photos available for properties so you can narrow down your search before needing to do a physical viewing. We see the industry heading this in this direction and the Covid situation will accelerate this.
- If you or anyone in your family is ill or self-isolating then please do let us know as we will be unable to carry out viewings.
- If we expect a viewer is unwell we will not carry out the viewing.
